This is our process:
I. Book the date.
Bookings can be made through WhatsApp or by filling in the form below and we will reach out to you as soon as possible!
II. capture moments.
Meet us and have fun during the shoot!
III. Deliver memories.
Digital files will be delivered in 3-5 working days and clients will be notified through e-mail when the files are ready to be downloaded.
Terms & Conditions
Booking time | Photoshoot duration
The photo session will ONLY run within the time that clients booked. If clients come late to the photo location, the time will be deducted from the session time. If the session time runs more than planned, additional fee will be applied. Travel time from one location to another will be part of the session, except for unexpected situation.
Travel & Other Expenses
Our photographers are located in the heart of Melbourne CBD. Hence, there will be NO travel expenses if you are planning to do the photo session around Melbourne CBD. However, if you are planning to do the session at places more than 1 hour away from the CBD, travel fee will apply. Other expenses such as location permit fee or entrance fee are not included in the booking session fee.
Editing
Shots by MÉMOIRE team will send the edited files max. 5 working days from the photoshoot day. We DO NOT accept photoshop requests, for example, removing objects from the image.
Payment Method
A 50% downpayment is needed to secure your slot. The remaining amount must be paid a day before the photo session.
We accept Bank Transfer / Wise / Paypal.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
Free cancellation and rescheduling are only applicable if you submit your request 7 days before your session. For cancellations less than 7 days before the session, the down payment will not be refundable.
